These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("vvek", "we", "us") about your use of vvek, including our websites, apps, APIs, blog, newsletters and related services (together, the "Service"). vvek helps people and teams get work done with the help of AI agents and related tools. The Service is evolving: we regularly add, change, improve and remove features, and some features may be offered as early access, preview or beta. We may also offer parts of the Service free of charge, for a fee, or both.

2. Your account

• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 years old.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.

3. Using AI responsibly

The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use the Service and its output, including what your agents do on your instructions. Review output before you rely on it, especially for important decisions, and keep human approval in place for actions that matter. AI output is not professional advice (for example legal, medical, financial or tax advice).

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harm others, break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, spread malware, deceive people, or interfere with the Service or other users. Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail and is part of these Terms. We may limit, pause or remove content, agents, projects or accounts that we reasonably believe break these Terms or the law.

5. Your content

• You keep your rights. What you and your agents put into the Service, and the results you get from it ("Your Content"), stays yours, as between you and us.
• What you allow us to do. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, copy, transmit and display Your Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights you need for Your Content and that using it with the Service does not break the law or anyone's rights.

6. Our content and feedback

The Service, our software, brand and the content we publish (including the vvek blog) belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our public content and quote short parts of it with credit. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Fees

Some features may require payment. Prices, plans, credits and payment terms are shown when you buy or in the Service, and taxes are added where they apply. We may change prices or plans going forward with reasonable notice; changes never apply to usage that has already happened. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

8. Third-party services

The Service may work with services run by others (for example AI model providers, payment providers or apps you connect). Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Availability, suspension and ending

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or end access to all or part of the Service, with notice where reasonable, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability limits) survive the end of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service and the law change. We will post the new version with its date, and for important changes we will give notice in the Service or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [city] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
